The location was perfect, right in the middle of Jackson with easy access to shopping centers and a bakery. It was merely a 15-minute walk from Sukhna Lake, which was a bonus.

The rooms were damp and had a smell of dampness, and the mattress was not comfortable as I could feel the springs on my back. The linen was old, and there were cobwebs and dust in the room.

Additionally, I appreciated the flexibility of the late check-out, even though the receptionist initially seemed reluctant. The helpfulness and friendliness of Mr. Surajit, one of the staff members, was a standout aspect of my experience.
